1) Trainings prerequisites

  • The prerequisites for the trainings are indicative. If you don't meet these requirements, you won't be able to take full advantage of your training session.

2) Trainings level

  • Sessions are intense. We try to push your limits off to let the expert show you more interesting stuff.
  • Our trainings are a mix between intensive practice, about 80% of coding time, and a theoretic background in order for you to better understand the issues and embrace the best practices as soon as possible.

3) Registration conditions

  • You can now book your seat for a given session from the Sensio Labs Trainings website. Online credit cart payment is also available (see payment conditions).

4) Trainings payment

  • You can pay from the website by credit card, get the needed information to start a payment by check or by bank transfer.
  • If you wish a pro-forma invoice or a quotation, please contact our training department.

5) Technical configuration for a workshop session

  • You are asked to come with your personal laptop including your daily development environment with:
  • An *AMP system (Apache, MySQL, PHP) in order to save time during the configuration process,
  • Your favorite IDE or text editor.
  • The training's required softwares will be installed during the session if necessary.

6) Technical configuration for an e-learning session

  • To benefit a lot of an e-learning session, we advise you to have a stereo headset and a microphone.
  • The training sessions are directed by a trainer, who speaks live and share its slides via our online platform.
  • We advise you to setup an *AMP system (Apache, MySQL and PHP) running on your local machine and a text editor or an IDE.
  • Our e-learning tool, Adobe Connect Pro, allows for a session with high quality sound, chat, video and slides, including screen and applications sharing.
  • Our e-learning tool, Adobe Connect Pro relies on the Adobe Flash technology. So you just need to install an updated version of your Flash player on your web browser.

7) How does a workshop training session work?

  • After your registration's confirmation, you will receive a meeting email, two days before the session, which tells you the location and the starting time of the meeting.
  • During your session, the trainer will stay at your disposal to answer your questions and follow the planned program.
  • Training locations are chosen for their proximity with the main public transport networks and their comfort. Lunches are included in our training packages.
  • An Internet access is available during the session.
  • At the end of the session, you will be invited to evaluate the training session and you will receive your evaluation by e-mail.

8) How does an e-learning training session work?

  • After your session participation confirmation, you will receive a meeting email indicating the date, the hour and your access URL to the e-learning platform.
  • The trainer will wait for you in the virtual room in order to welcome you and to help you setup your environment.
  • The sessions start on time and late people won't be able to connect to the platform to attend to the session.
  • For sessions splat in several modules, the trainer will tell you the dates for the following meetings, which will also be sent by e-mail.
  • Our e-learning sessions never last more than two hours for a better learning experience.
  • During the session, the trainer will stay at your disposal to answer you questions and to follow the planned program.
  • The e-learning platform gives you the ability to use communication tools as live chat, surveys and your microphone if you have one.
  • You will be able to take some notes or alert the trainer of your problems during the session, and you will be able to share your application for a better support experience.
  • At the end of the session, you will be invited to evaluate the training and you will receive your evaluation by e-mail.
